Lucky we live Hawaii...

This week I learned that you never know what to expect on the beach in Hawaii. Today while taking some pics for a friend, a Honu sea turtle came up to the shore right where we were and just plopped down to take a nap. He wasn't even afraid of us! The oldest kid was a little wary, but we didn't touch the turtle and kept quiet. It was pretty cool.
This past weekend on Kauai there was a Hawaiian Monk seal on the beach. Just amazing. Times like that make me feel so lucky to live here. (and so grateful I had my camera with me.)

I shared what I learned on Click it up a notch! Check it out and share what you learned!

That's amazing! That first image should be framed - it's so fantastic and random, because I always thought they kept their distance. I can't wait to visit Hawaii!

that's a really cool capture! It would be even better if kids turned around to face the turtle. :) BTW, what does your blog title mean?
