California Pan Sushi

California Pan Sushi

3 cups steamed rice
1/4 C Rice Vinegar
1 TBS sugar
1 tsp salt
furikake

**Mix the rice vinegar with the sugar and salt, and sprinkle over rice. Mix well. Layer in a pan and sprinkle with furikake. Then mix

1 pkg. Imitation crabmeat, shredded
with

1/3 C Mayo
1/3 C Sour Cream
1TBS Shoyu
1TBS Chili Oil
1TBS Sesame Oil

Layer over rice, then broil in oven for 10 minutes, or until the crab looks nice and toasty. Next, layer with

Avocado
Japanese cucumbers (optional)
thin omelet cut into strips (optional).

Spoon into Nori and enjoy!

Sounds nice! I've only had sushi once and I think I prefer without the seaweed. I might try it one day :-)

(Too bad furikake isn't readily available where I live- I have to go to a specialty store, and its fairly far, so I don't get there too often :(
