Waimanalo Country Farms Pumpkin Patch

We went to another pumpkin patch this past weekend, this time at the Waimanalo Country farms. It had gorgeous views of the mountains and ocean and Manana Island. It was a bit cloudy and rainy, but it was all good. The main crop on this farm is corn, and they served fresh corn bread, corn chowder, pumpkin pie and a bunch of other goodies. The hay ride was also enjoyable and I learned about the history of the farm. It's great to be able to support these local farms.

Even though you said it was cloudy and rainy, I think it made for awesome pictures-- the low lying clouds look cool paired against the mountains!

we have several pumpkin farms locally and not one is as beautiful as the one you visited. and can I say how jealous I am that you still have shorts on! While I'm sitting by the lit fireplace!
