Happiness is…

-->Finding a patch of sunflowers on the side of the road.  They just look happy.


-->My aloe plants not dying on me.  Nice to have fresh aloe right out my front yard. :)


-->Hot milk with raw honey and nutmeg.  I drink this at night and it’s really soothing and helps me sleep.
