Honu honu

At the beach last week we were lucky enough to encounter another turtle basking in the sun. Ahhh lucky with live Hawaii! (We didn't disturb, feed or touch the turtle.)

Here's a funky pic of Isla and I with the turtle. I wasn't expecting to get a picture so my hair is all crazy.

WOW! These photos are amazing! I've never been to Hawaii, hopefully some day. I've heard about those turtles, so cool! I did go to Mexico and we got to release baby turtles into the ocean, that was pretty awesome. :)

How awesome is that! I often see dolphin on my early morning walks, but only 1 turtle in 52 years.
