Brownie Bites

This week I finally learned a quick and easy brownie recipe that my hubby actually likes. Ever since we've been married we've argued over what makes the perfect brownie. I'm not picky; anything chocolatey works for me. But I really like gooey brownies, or the ones from the Ghirardelli box. He's super picky and says they have to be the perfect combination of gooey, cake-like and crispy on the edges and soft in the middle. He doesn't like nuts or powdered sugar either. I've tried many different recipes I've found online, and none of them passed his test. Yesterday on a whim, made these Nutella brownie bites yesterday. They were really easy and only had 3 ingredients, but I honestly thought they were just okay. Go figure, Jamie declares these are the best I've made so far. I don't get it! So here they are...
