Swinging with friends

This week I learned that having this Click it up a Notch link up really pushes me to try my best to bring my camera out and get a good shot. This week I was really uninspired; I have barely even picked up my camera since Sunday. I didn't even think I would blog and link up anything this week. But today I kind of felt lost; I felt like I needed to take my camera out to get some kind of picture. I'm happy I did, because at the restaurant we ate at, my friend noticed a really cute swing outside. So I got some cute pics of our girls there. So thanks Click it up a Notch for inspiring me to try my very best.  And this shot really puts me on Cloud nine, so I'm linking up to Pastor's Girl's Ponderings also.
Oh yah, any and all critiques welcome!  If i could I would have shot more open, but I only had the kit lens.  ISO 200  21mm f3.8 1/80.

That uninspired feeling is why I'm not doing a Project 356 right now! Once a week is about all I can manage. This photo is so precious, and I love that they're symmetrically posed (how often do kids do THAT?).

So Precious. I kind of like that you can see the detail around the kids, because it shows they have open space and greenery around to play in.

This is one to cherish...for sure.

What a beautiful shot! I love the polkadot border on the edge.
I agree- Click it up really causes you to get out there and learn something! You don't want to miss a week!

I think at times we all feel uninspired. I am so very fortunate to have a good friend who is always ready to go. It is really nice to go out shooting with someone who has the same interest and pushes to try new things, starbursts, motion, playing with DOF... We were out twice this week and I took over 300 photos. I wouldn't have done that if she wasn't with me.

All of your photos are so amazing, just keep taking them!

Oh my! This is just wonderful! I'm so glad that my link up helps to encourage you!! Your pictures are so beautiful and you have such a creative eye!! My only critique for this photo is to have included the tree that it was attached to (if there was one) to show how small the girls are compared to the world :O) I just adore this photo though! I love that you took it from behind and not with there faces. I think it tells a better story!
