Avocado shake

 

There’s this Indian restaurant I like that makes the most awesome smoothies.  One of my favorites is the avocado one.  I had to try and duplicate it.  After a few tries I think I finally got it.  Although I have to call it a shake because it has ice cream in it.  Now I have to figure out how to recreate their coconut cream smoothie.

Ingredients:  Milk, raw honey, vanilla ice cream, a whole avocado, and coconut oil (optional). Blend about 2 scoops ice cream, a whole avocado, about a tsp. or so of honey, about half a cup of milk, and about a tsp. of coconut oil till smooth.  It’s very fattening, but the raw honey and coconut oil make it healthy right?  Right???

Here’s the kicker, top it with a few shakes of li hing mui powder.  It sounds weird but it seriously takes it to the next level.   OH my gosh it is soooo yummy!
