Memories of Japan

 

I still can’t believe it’s been over a year since we lived in Japan.  I still miss it every single day.  I have to say that living there were some of the best years of my life.  Those 4 years went by in a blur. I experienced so much that I never dreamed I would.  I made forever friends that became practically family and sisters.  My firstborn grew up there, my daughter was born there, and so it will always hold a special place in my heart.  So because I’m feeling sentimental, I’m posting some pictures of our time there.  And there are a lot!

This was when we stayed in a little japanese inn (ryokan).  That was an interesting experience. 

Odaiba was fun.

I miss my little white kei car.

I made wonderful friends. 

We ate some really good food.

We got to ride cool trains.

I saw things things that I never would have dreamed I’d see in real life.

Japan had the coolest parks and playgrounds.

I loved springtime and seeing the beautiful sakura. Tokyo mesmerized me.  I have never seen so many people in one place. We even got to visit Thailand,

Korea,

China,

and New Zealand.

Anyway, this was my little trip down memory lane.  What a wonderful experience that I’ll never forget.
